Reservations and Payments
All rates that are quoted will be per person on twin sharing basis in US Dollars. Bookings can be made with 20% advance payment at the time of registration and balance 30 days prior departure. Should full payment not be received by this date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue cancellation charges as shown below. Additional deposit requirements for air tickets or other services will be confirmed at the time of reservation.
Note: 4.90% Government taxes will be charged extra on total package costs which can vary from time to time as per Government laws.

Taxes

The cost of the tour includes departure taxes, government and local taxes.

Insurance

All passengers are advised to take suitable Travel / Health insurance prior to departure from the country of origin.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations are to be communicated in writing and will attract a sum of INR 2000/- (USD 49) minimum to cover up all our communication / travel expenses. Besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, percentage of cancellation fee, etc. will apply depending upon the season, time and in line with the service providers’ norms.

 

Refunds

All claims and refund have to be presented in writing to Argo Tours and Travels no later than 3 weeks after returning from the availed package. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and you can also include any unused documents with the correspondence.

Price Excludes: 

• All entrance fees for all monuments / sightseeing places are not included in our pricing
  
• Guide charges for all monuments / sightseeing places not included.
  
• Any air / train fare
  
• Items of a personal nature - i.e. drinks, laundry, tips & gratuities, still / video camera fees at monuments

General Information:

All domestic airfares / hotels / transport rates are based on current tariff & subject to change without prior notification; the revised rates will be charged extra. All arrangements made by ARGO are in the capacity of an agent only. Argo will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights and acts of force.
